Refund Policy – Chhabra Realty

At Chhabra Realty, we are committed to providing transparent, reliable, and professional real estate services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which payments made to us may be eligible for a refund.


1. General Policy

All payments made for real estate services, consultancy, property listings, documentation assistance, and related offerings are considered final and non-refundable, except in the specific cases listed below.
Due to the nature of real estate transactions and service-based operations, refunds are only issued under justified and verifiable circumstances.


2. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved only in the following situations:

a) Duplicate Payment

If a user accidentally makes the same payment more than once, the excess amount will be refunded.

b) Service Not Delivered

If Chhabra Realty is unable to deliver a paid service due to internal issues, system errors, or agent unavailability—and no acceptable alternative is provided—a refund may be initiated.

c) Technical Payment Errors

If a transaction fails or payment is deducted without generating confirmation, the user may request a refund after verification.


3. Non-Refundable Services

Refunds will not be provided for the following:

  • Property booking fees

  • Consultation fees after the session has been delivered

  • Documentation or legal service fees once processing has started

  • Property listing fees after the listing goes live

  • Brokerage or commission once the transaction is closed

  • Customized services or special requests

  • Payments made to third parties (banks, developers, government offices)


4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, users must contact us within 5 business days of the payment date.

Please include:

  • Full name

  • Registered mobile number

  • Payment reference/transaction ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Any supporting documents (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 working days.


5. Refund Processing Timeline

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.

  • Refunds will be credited through the same payment method used for the transaction.

Chhabra Realty is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


6. Third-Party Payments

If payment is made directly to a builder, owner, or external vendor, Chhabra Realty is not liable for refunds.
Refunds in such cases must be requested from the respective third-party entity.


7. Disputes

If there is any dispute regarding a refund:

  • Users must first contact our support team.

  • If unresolved, the matter will be handled under applicable laws in the jurisdiction where Chhabra Realty operates.


8. Policy Changes

Chhabra Realty reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the revised date.
